The application is available for free, however the only problem I can find with this program is that the program will only run on Vista, however this does not affect the effectiveness of the tool as the program is still very effective on other operating systems. The OCCT software is also designed to be as simple as possible. This means that if you have any technical knowledge you should be able to easily use the program in order to diagnose the problem that you have. Another thing that I like about this application is that the software comes with a manual as well as a download that will fix the registry settings that are causing the computer to slow down. I do recommend this software and it is my top recommendation.
